big booking terms and conditions

confirmation of booking - the restaurant will be in contact with you within 24 hours to confirm date and time. once this process is completed, you can sit back, relax and look forward to your party! only when we are in receipt of a signed and completed booking sheet and credit card/debit card details will we be able to confirm your booking. the booking form must be completed online and will be emailed to wagamama cork.

cancellations - should you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least 48 hours notice in writing.

notice - should the numbers of your party increase or decrease, at least 24 hours notice is required.

please note: an increase in numbers is subject to availability

menu - we can cater for guests with different dietary requirements, please speak to the team for further information and menu options

exclusions - all guests must order food. we do not cater for drinks only

restrictions - no food/beverages except those supplied by wagamama are permitted to be consumed on the premises

payment terms - we accept all major credit cards, cash and cheques up to the limit of the cheque guarantee card. we regret that company cheques are not accepted and account facilities are not available

damages - wagamama reserves the right to make charges for any damages/losses however caused. the authorizing signatory of the festive booking will be made duly responsible for all members of the group, their actions and behaviour

booking - not all wagamama restaurants will be taking big bookings and some time restrictions will apply. please speak with the restaurant for more information

timing - please note that your table will be given to other guests if you do not arrive at wagamama within 15 minutes after your booking time and have not telephoned to say you will be late in advance of your booking time

and finally... we promise we will do all we can to make your time at wagamama enjoyable and memorable for you and your guests. while we don't provide crackers or streamers you are more than welcome to bring your own. please note: no silly string allowed!
