you will need to be able to manage a brand new team of chefs, so we expect you to have previous management experience of at least 3 years in a busy branded operation

you should have an approachable attitude, want to share knowledge and an obvious passion for what you do, that’s after all what wagamama is all about!

as head chef you will be working with operational challenges including budgets, labour and a no -nonsense approach to food management in the kitchen, so you wont just be an exceptional head chef, you’ll need to be a great leader with a real passion for food
